I had a few issues with my vehicle. They charged my a/C with dye and refrigerant for $300 and change to find the leak, and quoted me $5000 for new catalytic converters, o2 sensors, and a tune up. Being mechanically inclined and hvac certified, I felt I was over charged. I took it to another shop and the a/C work done was about $100 more than what it should have been, and I had just the new catalytic converters and o2 sensors done in tucson for $1600. I will NOT be taking my vehicle back there. I heard rumor.... I don't mind paying good money for quality work, but not being over charged and taken to the bank!
Hi Jasper, we appreciate your feedback. While we understand your concerns about cost, vehicles with high mileage and over due maintenance often require more extensive repairs to address the root cause of the problem. In this case, the catalytic converter failure wasn't the only issue, and a thorough inspection revealed several other necessary repairs and maintenance needs. We invest heavily in our certified technicians and their ability to diagnose the complete picture, ensuring your vehicle receives a lasting solution. This can sometimes lead to a higher initial cost, but it ultimately saves you money and time in the long run compared to addressing problems with repeated temporary fixes.
