I located a used vehicle in New Mexico by way of online shopping. But I'm in Michigan, and a 2-day (one-way) trip to check it out just wasn't in the cards. I liked the dealer that had the car and believed what they'd had to say about it, but like Ronald Reagan said: "Trust, but verify." Enter the guys at R&L Service Center. I spoke by phone to Elijah who was polite, professional, and quick to return calls when we didn't connect. He was able to find time to have a technician go over the vehicle on the same day, address all my specific inspection requests, and then sent me a detailed "buyer's inspection" report. Honestly, I probably wouldn't;t have received service this good from a shop 5 miles from me, let alone one 1,000+ miles away! Thanks, Elijah. Thanks, R&L. Great service!!

The service station is excellent. The repair shop has a local history of high charge and under repair. Needs better work.
