I was well pleased. Courteous and friendly. Service as promised in timely fashion. Honored my coupon that I forgot and let me bring in later. Saved biG $ on oil change for big diesel. I felt I could trust them. They were honoring covid compliance.

On one hand they failed to tell me when I made the appointment that their oil change, tire rotation, inspection deal was going to take a minimum of 90 minutes; on the other hand, that inspection may have found the source of the cabin noise I hadn't even mentioned.
