We were charged $250 to get our belts replaced and all they did was replace them. The belts weren't tightened to specification and after returning to have it fixed the issue was not resolved. I called the owner Rusty, as per his request, to see what kind of customer service response he would give and what I received was blame for not coming back a 3rd time to resolve the issue that his mechanic created by not doing a thorough job at the initial appointment. He claims his mechanics are top notch and full of integrity. I have to strongly disagree. Not only is this shop unprofessional, it also does not truly care about their customers. Beware!! A job that was only an hour long has now cost me $500 due to their "mistakes". Belts that only needed replaced properly resulted in a seized clutch fan due to misalignment. Instead of taking ownership for his mechanics, he stated that people just make mistakes. He then proceeded to insult my vehicle by implying it is old and not taking any responsibility for the quality of work his mechanics perform. If you decide to use these "quality mechanics" just know what you're in for.
Hello Anna and Cody, I am truly sorry we had to readjust your belts. As explained it is common for new belts to stretch on older vehicles requiring V-style belts. Please let me know if you encounter anything else. As far as the cost, I reviewed your invoice and it is all correct. Often vehicles over 30 years old require several belts: increasing the cost. Unfortunately your 1987 Ford Motorhome requires 4 belts. Please feel free to give me a call @575-538-9742 (Owner Rusty).
