R&L Service is absolutely wonderful. I was traveling from Denver to Silver City, NM and our air conditioning quit blowing cold air. It was about 100 degrees outside. We were miserable. We stopped in Las Vegas, Nm and checked some fuses because we also discovered our temperature gauge wasn’t working. Changing fuses did not help so we went to a repair shop and they would do nothing to help us. We took a chance and drove ahead to Silver City and the next day went to some repair shops. The first shop agreed with what we thought which was the air container needed charging. He was not capable of doing it because of the new Freon. We proceeded to R&L and when they heard of our predicament they offered for us to leave car there and they would do their best to check it out. They were booked the next two days and closed on the weekend but they would try. We were scheduled to leave Sunday morning. On Friday they called with an update. They had found time and if all went well it would be ready by five. It was not needing a charge but a thermostat which on my newer car was 4 1/2 job. The mechanics and Elija went out of their way and fixed my car. They were so kind, explained everything and got the job done. I have never worked with a shop this professional and caring!! This story is so long because I want everyone to know how great they were. Please look them up if you need work done in the area and tell them Pam sent you. ❣️❣️
