Was able to get an appointment on the day I needed, and they were very professional and got my battery replaced in a timely manner and got me checked out quickly and friendly. N

I was about to head out on a long trip and I destroyed my passenger side rear view mirror. On short notice they squeezed me in so I could be safe on my drive. I have used R&L quite a bit and they’ve always done a great job. I appreciate their skills, dedication, and professionalism.

I just brought my 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, that had sounds coming from either a wheel or from the chassis. I left at R&L, one of their mechanics took out to see what might be wrong. He brought and and checked it out. It turned out to be a loose wheel lug nut. He tightened it and did the same on all the other wheels. The thing is I'm not a Mechanic and I wouldn't know if I needed some thing major i.e. a wheel bearing, or something even more serious. The thing is we consumers rely on the integrity of folks. I've lived in Silver City for over 11 years and R&L has always have done right by me. They are good people that know what's what when it comes to Auto repair. I trust them and will always come back.

Took my girlfriends car to R&L because it was making a knocking noise..we had it checked and no one else knew what it was.we brought it to R&L and right away they gave us a call and told us what the problem was...SO THANKFUL FOR THIS PLACE AND THE MECHANICS YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ..THANK YOU R&L FOR YOUR WORK!
