I picked up my 2005 Chevy Avalanche after having my ignition cylinder replaced. I'd really like to say "thank you so much", to Elijah for his empathy, kindness and understanding after speaking to him a few times and after explaining to him the abusive issues I was experiencing in my relationship. I would also like to thank the kindness of the gentleman (I apologize I forgot his name)who typed up my reciept for the work order upon the retrieval of my truck. You were both so awesome and I will never forget your compassion and kindness. I will most certainly use R & L Automotive Repair Shop, again. Not only for these two groovy dudes up front, but because my truck key actually turns now and my truck FINALLY starts, again. Praise God for my blessings provided by angels who live amongst us!!!!!
