They were excellent in their service! I got stranded in Lordsburg New Mexico for two days after my car broke down😭. I was eventually towed to R & L Service Center in Silvercity New Mexico with my AAA (this mechanic shop is AAA certified) which was an hour away from the Loves Rest Stop we were stranded at🫠. When we arrived at the shop they were genuinely concerned that we would remain stranded and offered to give me and my aunt a ride to the uhaul station to pick up our reserved uhaul we decided to rent, so that I could finish my move to Texas from California and no longer be stranded in stinkin New Mexico😑. ⚠️Important Side Note⚠️: New Mexico doesn’t have any car rental agencies, taxis, Uber or Lyft 😳!!! They are all in Arizona🙄. But if you ever get stranded in Lordsburg New Mexico my suggestion is to have your car towed to the R & L Service Center in Silvercity, rent a One Way uhaul that’s also in Silvercity (they were only 10 minutes away from this R & L Auto Shop we were towed to). Most uhaul rental stations would be an hour or more away from Lordsburg, New Mexico and the one in Silvercity was the closest. Make sure it’s a one way rental though, so you won’t have to return it and you can drop it off at a different uhaul station near your home! Fortunately for us, we had an awesome tow man (shoutout to you Robert😁) who offered to give us a ride to the uhaul station as well and I left my car in the R & L Service Centers capable hands. Unfortunately, a few days later I was told that the engine seized and the cost to get it fixed wouldn’t really be worth it, especially since my car is over 10 years old 😢, so by taking the advice of the mechanic who was assigned to my car (shout out to you Elijah! You are the bomb!🔥💣😎) I decided to sell my car to a scrap company. I had to mail R & L my pink slip since I took everything out of my car just in case I had to scrap it, so they could put it in my glove compartment for the scrap man to pick up the car for the sale. They were happy to assist in that process😊. All in all, R & L kept in constant contact with me about my car and even gave me a discount for the diagnostic. These are the guys to see if you need a great mechanic in Silvercity, New Mexico! 🤗

I came in for A/C Repair services( waiting for parts which is a given), the team did a 30 point inspection when I didn't ask for one which was great and lists the recommended repairs. The team gladly went out with me to my vehicle and pin pointed where the repairs were needed. They answered my questions thoroughly.
