Very nice folks. Excellent service. I haven't priced batteries for a while. The battery for my Chevy pickup was $387 installed. Is that high?

The upside is with a NAPA Premium AAA battery you have a 5 year Warranty, 3 year free replacement. We appreciate your business and hope you call on us again when needed in the future:)

The whole process smooth as silk. Especially outstanding is Rachel's focus and clarity on the phone and at the desk. Also Elijah, who explained what they did to my car with no hint whatsoever of condescension or eye roll. There was one thing in particular I had them look at/check, a thing even someone whose driver's permit was still fresh would know about, and he described the situation clearly and without a hint of disdain.
