Friendly service. Have had work done there before with no complaints. This time, i talked to the person at the desk, and explained what service I had done elsewhere and the issue I needed fixed. I was told it was not a problem and their tech knew what was going on and could fix. A half hour job, told it would take an hour. Ok. It ended up being over two and a half hours. Nothing was fixed. Was told tech did not know how to correct the issue with my truck. I like the service and people of R and L, but this time I was disappointed with it all. Waste of time and money and fuel on my part. Seemed desk and/or tech did not listen to what I had told them. The one good thing was that the fro t counter only.chargwd me half an hour of labor.
Hey Jeff, Thank You so much for your detailed and honest review. I'm sorry we were unable to fix your issue, you asked us to do a regen on your diesel and it didn't resolve the particular problem you were having. Sometimes the dealers are the only way to get certain things fixed, especially when it comes to the DEF/Exhaust system.
