Would not even discuss helping me because I had my own oil sending unit. They just wanted to upcharge the parts they get. All about the dollar!

Hi Carl, we're sorry that you think that way. It is our company policy to not accept customer supplied parts with some exceptions. The reason is more about the warranty we offer which is 3 years / 36K mile Nation Wide Warranty, hard to beat that piece of mind:)

Took my car in for routine service, replace filters, belts, etc. Unfortunately had to go back twice because engine started running rough, but it turned out manufacturer had recommended wrong spark plug boots! Totally not R&L’s fault, but not only did Elijah figure out the correct parts and rush order them, he installed them and replaced the spark plugs a second time, for no charge. The car is running better than ever! Thank you 🙏

I'm a fan. I like R and L a lot! I've been getting my vehicles repaired here for many years now and have never walked away dissatisfied. - I'm treated as if I'm the only person with a car in the shop... front desk people are awesome. - estimates are fare and accurate.... ALL of my concerns are noted and addressed. - I always know what's going on with my car... text updates throughout the day telling me of any issues I should know about and when they expect to be finished. - I used to go to the dealer for repairs... but the mechanics at R and L give me much more confidence. Highly recommended!

Friendly service. Have had work done there before with no complaints. This time, i talked to the person at the desk, and explained what service I had done elsewhere and the issue I needed fixed. I was told it was not a problem and their tech knew what was going on and could fix. A half hour job, told it would take an hour. Ok. It ended up being over two and a half hours. Nothing was fixed. Was told tech did not know how to correct the issue with my truck. I like the service and people of R and L, but this time I was disappointed with it all. Waste of time and money and fuel on my part. Seemed desk and/or tech did not listen to what I had told them. The one good thing was that the fro t counter only.chargwd me half an hour of labor.

I'm sorry we were unable to fix your issue, you asked us to do a regen on your diesel and it didn't resolve the particular problem you were having. Sometimes the dealers are the only way to get certain things fixed, especially when it comes to the DEF/Exhaust system.
