Rip off. Took 5000 dollars from my friend then issued her a ctw. She got her car back more messed up then before

Excellent service. Diagnostics were spot on! I traveled home to Deming and did the repairs myself. (They were about to close for the day...) The mass air sensor was kaput. It only cost a small fraction of the estimated cost at the shop, but I'm sure there they would have put in a genuine part and of course labor must be figured in. They did not talk down to this old woman, but respectfully listened to my concerns. If I lived in Silver City, I'm sure I would return for service without a doubt!

We were camping near Silver City and had a plastic part from under our car pop out. We removed the part and drove to R&L. They quickly put the piece back in and the price was very reasonable. I was worried they would rip us off since we were from out of town but that wasn't the case at all.

I've purchased several tires from R&L because they had the best prices on tires. But be cautious about the service. They made several mistakes, including recommending the wrong tires which were almost ready to blow out after only 10 miles. Nice people, but I won't be going there again.
